Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://templovo.com (the "Site") and your purchase of website templates and related services from Templovo ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell website templates delivered as digital files (a zip file), in four categories: digital products, physical products, membership and service booking. We may also offer an optional done-for-you 72-hour setup service (section 7). A "Plugins" section is listed as coming soon; nothing in it is for sale yet. No physical item is shipped to you. Previews, screenshots and descriptions help you decide, and minor differences may exist.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is made manually with Whish Money. After you place an order we email you our Whish payment details and an order reference. You pay, then reply to that email with your payment receipt. Your order is confirmed only after we receive your payment and verify your receipt. We may decline or cancel an order if payment is not received or cannot be verified. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or passwords.

4. Delivery

After we confirm your payment, we email your template (as a download link) to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and check your spam folder. If you do not receive your template within a reasonable time after we confirmed your payment, contact us through the Support page.

5. License

When you buy a template you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it to build and run your own business, including customizing the design and content. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or republish the template files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product.

6. Refunds

Because templates are delivered digitally right after payment is confirmed, all sales are final once your template has been delivered. If the file is corrupted, cannot be delivered, or is materially different from its description, contact us through the Support page and we will fix it or, where we cannot, refund you. Orders that have not yet been delivered can be cancelled on request.

7. 72-hour setup service

The setup service is an optional extra priced at $400, paid in full upfront together with your template.

  • What it is: a customization of your chosen template with your fonts, colors, images and text, plus connecting your domain and deploying your site live.
  • What it is not: a redesign or custom design service. We do not change layouts, build new pages or add new features.
  • How it works: there are no online meetings. We email you a checklist in the same email that delivers your template. You reply with everything we need (for example your domain, the access we ask for and your assets).
  • The 72-hour window: it starts when we have received everything your template needs from you, not when you pay. We aim to complete the setup within that window.
  • Your accounts: you create and own your accounts (such as your hosting, domain and email service). We only ask for the access needed to complete the setup, and you may remove it afterwards.
  • Payment and cancellation: the setup fee is paid in full with your order. Once the 72-hour countdown has started, it is non-refundable. If you have not yet sent your information, you may cancel and ask for a refund of the setup fee.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own store, your products, your prices, your customers' orders and complying with the laws that apply to your business. We provide templates and tools, not legal, tax or business advice.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or submit false information or fake payment receipts.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics and the template files, is owned by Templovo or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You own the content you add to your own store.

11. Third-party services

Templates work with third-party services such as Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Resend (email) and Whish Money (payments). Those services have their own terms, prices and availability, which we do not control.

12. Disclaimer and liability

Templates and services are provided "as is". We do not promise any particular level of sales or income. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templovo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or its products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
