Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Templovo ("we", "us") operates https://templovo.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Site or buy from us, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

  • Order information: your name and email address, the templates and options you ordered, the total, the order reference and the order status. Payment receipts you reply with are received in our email inbox.
  • Messages: your name, email address and the message you send through the Support page or the template request form.
  • Setup service information: if you buy the 72-hour setup service, the information you email us so we can complete it (for example your domain name, assets and the account access we ask for).
  • Anonymous visit statistics: simple counts such as how many people visited a page or reached checkout. We do not store IP addresses, do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or Whish passwords. Payments are made in your own Whish Money app.

3. How we use it

  • To process your order, send you payment instructions and deliver your template
  • To provide the setup service and support
  • To reply to your messages
  • To understand which pages and templates are popular so we can improve the Site
  • To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud, such as fake receipts

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the Site: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage) and Resend (sending emails). They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for bookkeeping, support and legal reasons. Messages are kept until we have handled them and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information (see section 7), except where we must keep it by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including signed and expiring links for downloads and approvals, and a protected admin area. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own email account safe.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the Support page. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential messages at any time; we only send emails about your orders and your requests.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision.
